improving my Bankroll and ROI

How big is your bankroll?

If you are not winning then why would you consider moving up?

Only move up when you have proven that you have beaten a limit over a very high sample of games.

My bankroll is very small, U$15.

I thought about moving up because playes at 50c doesn't care about the game, they're there just for fun, shoving with all cards, and even though playing only for value, a lot of times i got beat by the deck or even because I can't play for bluff.

3bet, 3betlight, icm seems do not work, or im doing it really wrong what i also consider.

Any tips?

I would stay at $0.50, with that bankroll you can't survive a downswing at bigger stakes.

When you play with recreational players you should play tighter, bluff less and bet for value when you have a made hand, because you get called a lot.
In the long run playing against these type of players are what will make you money, even if you lose every now and then.

I usually play in position, with TT+, Ajs+, and AQo, when the blinds get to 50/100, 100/150 I try to open up and steal a little... I open then my range, still play for value or semi bluff, always being aggressive.

What is making me crazy is when I get no cards to play for value, then Im with 5bb or less and start the shove/fold game. Don't know if it's just variance or it's me playing it wrong. Eveytime I die at bubble to a much waker hand than mine.

How to adjust?

And about moving up, if I lost these 10$, every month I can pay a little more, until I get to the point where I can be profitable.

What do you recommend?

Stay at the 50c games
Play 1,000 games
Then look at your results, don't worry what happens after 50, 100, 200 games etc. 1K games is a decent sample to look over.

Sounds like BRM is solid. Don't move up until you're confident that you're destroying current level. Good luck to you.

If you're waiting till you only have 5bb before playing shove/fold then that is a leak. I would start shove/folding between 10-15bb
If people limp, shove over it
Bet bigger for value particularly if draws are out there

You should deposit more and start to play stakes higher than these. As you've said there are a ton of maniacs in these sorts of tournaments. Try with sng 1$ and up or atleast 5nl cash game.

Beware that on the $1-$1,50 stakes are enough maniacs as well and then you risk more money. So you should beat the 50c stakes before you should move up.

At those stakes, some people tend to play the loose style a lot easier then when playing the higher stakes, therefor secure your hands by watching flop with a raised bet and dont let your self go on to traps thinking you have to go loose aswell. And if you are playing at a software with hands history go back and analyze the situation over and over again, an find the signs helping you to victory.. I am sure that is what you are missing!

Yes I agree just stay with the 50c game. I know its not big enough but your looses wont that be too much. Aside from that it's a good way to learn, if you can mange to win most of the time then you can move to higher game.
