First was not sure why I must fold 99 here and I've made some calculations and there are 5984/19600 or 33.5% of flops which doesn't contain high cards, meaning that in 66.5% of times we get the flops where we have to make a difficult dicision unless we improve (1000/13616 of flops or 5% which contain a high card and a 9 or two) + in about 8% of times the OR he will hold an operpair. Thus we clarly win only in 39% of times and we have only 5/9 preflop = 55.5%
With that being saied it was a clear fold. Moreover, if we just call, we allow other players to get good pot odds and hit smth stupid.

If we call we calling only for set value, but I don’t think that’s too bad with 2 fishes that already limped here and are willing to call as well.
