Villain relatively unknown, but I've seen him minbetting on flop and turn with hands worse than top pair

Flop: raising to tax the draws, also he may have a random 8 I can get value from
Turn: he changes to minbet, makes me think I'm very likely to have the best hand. Not sure about raising here, but feel I still can get value from an 8 and draws, and easier to get it here than on the river
River: scary card, I think calling a minbet is ok, but it's probably a fold against a bet larger than something like 1/3 of the pot?

Yes, when villain leads out we should fold. If you have a solid read on villain make sure you raise for the right reasons. We do not villain want to fold out worse hands than us

I like it as played. Maybe we can just call flop but still with the info you have, it is ok.
