Preflop I would either limp or fold 64s against this MP3 guy, no value in raising, especially if he doesn't like to fold to cbets often, you are loosing money raising this, you don't need iniciative and you can build a pot in non-raised hand as well, because he's very bad.

On the flop you picked good line, just 3bet more. The turn is very interesting, here after he took this flop line I'd put him on AsXs or a set(seldom), sometimes overpair. I don't imagine what is the best play here, but I guess checking behind is worse, since you still got fold equity and your draws.

I would b/c on the flop, since it is very likely that you´re here against set or overpair which wouldn´t fold to 3-bet.
Since pot is too big on the turn and you miss I´d take free card and fold to river shove.
If you shove he´d almost always call.
