Pre - I tend to 3-bet AK, I know calling in position is also an option, don't think 3-betting is a mistake though?
Flop - c-betting on a paired board
Turn - I have no idea how to interpret this donk. Did the ace hit him? Does he have a pocket pair and is he trying to find out if the ace hit me this way? Clearly I'm not folding, but think raising would be overplaying?
River - does he bet like this with a worse ace? I have trouble defining his range. I don't expect him to bet KK-QQ this large, so does his range entirely consist of something like AK-AT, AA, JJ? I'm exactly 50/50 against AA,JJ,ATs+,AJo+, so I think I have to at least call? Really not sure what the right play is here

Thanks!

I think the hand is wp.

Cbet is fine aber no must, since 88+ will definitely call here

The donk ott is probably a stab, so that you fold QQ/KK, maybe he is trying to rep the flush draw here.

OtR he hits his miracle card, you have to call here.

Our opponent donked turn on the Ace high board, so, he tries to represent an Ace on flopped the nuts, I'm not sure good player will call 22-99 vs 3b OOP. So, he mainly have JJ-QQ, AJs+,AQo+ after his turn donk. But the opponent double donked - he bet river. Now, I would mainly exclud QQ now, and vs JJ,Ajs+,AQo we have required equity to call.
WP I guess.

Note the nuances. Players tend to tell u their holdings w their bet sizings.
He donks half pot turn, u hit the ace, so nothing bad to call here.
When he stabs again, and this time a bigger bet in the river, I dont think he does that even w AQ.

I m not saying u HAVE to fold here, but surely the pattern has changed and u have to be aware of that.

I think if we run the equity calc, we get a profitable call here indeed.

Hesticus, what range u give for villain?
We need about 28% in equity here.

Yes, I see that it really depends whether villain will stab with AQo here. If we think he will, this we get an exact 50/50, interestingly enough:

http://www.pokerstrategy.com
Board: 6s6c2cAhJh
Equity Win Tie
MP2 50.00% 33.33% 16.67% { AA, JJ, AKs, AJs, AQo+ }
BU 50.00% 33.33% 16.67% { AcKd }

However, if we think villain won't stab twice with AQo, we get only 25%:

http://www.pokerstrategy.com
Board: 6s6c2cAhJh
Equity Win Tie
MP2 75.00% 50.00% 25.00% { AA, JJ, AKs, AJs, AKo }
BU 25.00% 0.00% 25.00% { AcKd }

Note, that villain can defend here with AA and KK initially. However, if we think he will not, we have about 27%:

http://www.pokerstrategy.com
Board: 6s6c2cAhJh
Equity Win Tie
MP2 72.73% 45.45% 27.27% { JJ, AKs, AJs, AKo }
BU 27.27% 0.00% 27.27% { AcKd }

AQo will not bet river. Now AJ beat it and the line is not good.
We do not have 28% so folding is ok.

So we rule out bluffs completely? I wouldn't say so. If just on bluff combo we have the required eq. here.

What kind of range are you giving him, do you think it consists only of JJ and AJ? I have close to a call (23%) against KK+,JJ,AJs,AJo. It goes over 28% if I include a single AQ combination in that range

As I said AQ is not betting. So is KK...

I don't see why not to be honest. The way I played, my range includes high pocket pairs, so if I had any A in villain's place, I would've bet the river - especially if I take over initiative by donking the turn

The problem is that you 3b vs MP. Your range is strong and it is not so good for him to donk twice.
