You are deep so maybe it is good idea not to go crazy OTT.
River is a tough spot. He can have some weaker sets and 2 pair, only hand that is realistic and beats us is AQ, right?
Since villains bet is not that big, I think we could call this from time to time?

I would 4b/push turn. imo Villain has decent ammount of 2 pairs, Q draws and Q draws + pair on the turn. We can only extract value fm the Q draws on the turn, so better not miss that oppourtunity. TT/44 is still part of his range on the turn.

AQ might have 3b pre so it is less likely.

Q9 is the scary card here, againts which we still have outs.

I might opt in for calling here as well. SB range is anyway tight so there are not many light raises here.
