I don't like flat A5s here preflop. So raise or fold. As played, we cannot call such an overbet with only FD...
I would 3bet bluff or fold this pre, I guess.
OTF we have nut FD + gutshot so it is not terrible. I would call with FD+OESD but this is kind of close to folding.
I would bluff 3b preflop too.
With 12 outs it is not a mistake to play for stacks from flop.
I like the safer way.
If you knew for sure that UTG would also call on the flop it would be very close between calling and folding. I think folding would be best because I don't think you can give yourself the whole 12 outs, maybe your opponent will have a better straight, some of the cards that give you the nut flush might give villain a FH. I don't know what would be better in that case, it would be very close.
But when you call, you don't know if UTG is going to call, if he folds you would need 46% equity to call and if you give yourself all the 12 outs you get 45% (I think). That means you should fold.
But again, it's very close between calling and folding on the flop.
