Good plan imo. Maybe a river bet wolud be better for the reason you mention. Not sure what size - 1/2, 2/3?

I think betting river would be good. 1/2 should do it. Either villain has a very strong slowplayed hand or then he has total air so he can't call almost any bet?

River bet seems good to me too. Around 30-40%.
