I missed your own though process, but I would normal raise a little bit more in SB.
As played I would consider to Cbet. It’s pretty likely he will fold a lot and if you don’t Cbet I would check it down. You have some showdown value here and it’s not likely you get a better hand to fold as well.

I thought that a weak opp with Jx would most likely donk OTF and Kx here reduces the chance that he is holding Kx. I thought that we may find some reason to protect A high here.
