This spot is really ugly since we are SS oop with a medium Ace and even if we flop an Ace we would not know where we are standing.
Fold preflop? - we know that bid stack can just apply pressure but he is basically unknown and stats tell that he is not fully aware of the game should look like. ICM pressure does not let us push with 20BB ES against a big stack loose player.
OTF - chose a passive safe line and c/f but then why would I call in the first place....
