What kind of tournament was this? Have you got ANY reads on opponents? There are some reshove-stacks behind you and if they have been doing that, I may even be inclined to fold pre here. If the table is on the tighter side, I might open to like 110 and Cbet some flops. If you get played back at, you can still fold and play a decent 19-ish bb stack. If they shove pre (still on the tighter table), you definately have a fold, no matter what they show up with.

Again, try to include some details about the tournament, players, ... so a judging can be a bit easier

Make it bigger pre, people have to call 280 in a pot which is, after your 3bet, 1040. That's a pretty good price and if one player calls, ppl behind that player get an even better price to tag along. I think I'd make it like 700 pre and maybe even little bit bigger, deciding that if no ace or king peels off, I'm definataly going AI on flop.
Bad flop comes and now everything is read dependent. If players are wild, never-folding type of guys, I'd go for a cbet because it's not that likely that they have an ace (if they raise, you'd have to cryfold tho). Usually though, in these spots, I'm not investing anymore money in this pot because you need to get through two players and you're never happy if one calls.

The turne was sit&hgo 45 players 1.50 entry beacuase i lose to much this week, yees but there i fold qq because that guy play to many hands maybe was bad my c-bet there? was good to play like c/f? my position was bad to play there

i not understand how him can open with K5 off in Mp2? was maniac player i thinking then maybe himp have like TT+ , but here was 2 players in spot and i take a choise to give fold beacuse was my first hand to that table and i not have to many information abouts players. how you play this hand if you had to play? i was in SB and no was verry good position for me to play that qq with 2 players

Beware that you shouldn’t be result orientated if you are posting a hand. That’s why I don’t want to know what the players have here, but I think you played both hands pretty good. Especially in hand 1 you will end up in a 3way all-inn if you shove and you will be often dominated I think.

Further I recommend that you only post 1 hand per thread. This way it’s easier to discuss about 1 hand only.

KQo hand - with 25BB and you're under the gun, I'd just fold unless everyone is playing super tight and going to fold

QQ - definitley got to 3bet bigger, at least 3X the original raise +1 for the caller, so go for a minimum of 4 X 160 = 640, at these stakes you can definitely go higher, but I would never ever go lower than that
