I agree with nitrol. The only hand he could open from UTG that contains a 4 is 44. He could have opened others 4x but that's very loose in my opinion.

I'm really not sure whether to call or not.

One thing that I would have done differently is that I would have donked this flop. I wouldn't risk being checked behind on that board.

Calling should be ok here.

Really? What Ax hand he would just call on the flop and shove on the turn? How often our UTG will open A2?

I guess it is fold, but lets calculate.
This is pretty wet flop, so our opponent just called our XR OTF - that propably means, he does not have 55 or 33, may be he has A5s - but he would play it mainly the same as any set - just would shove OTF. To me, after he just called flop after our XR he would probably has A4s,44,22. Vs this range {A4s,44,22} we have only 42% equity.
Pot odds are = 2,24/(0,45+0,74+2.69+2,24) = 0,36.
So, our equity 42%> 36% pot odds => So, I was wrong - it is +EV call.

Of course you are wrong. :)
I have seen so strangely played Ax in this spot...

True guys. But he showed 44. Perhaps I just need to say to myself it was the right decision to call. In addition, I still make up enough of the time when the board pairs..

Well sometimes you will face 44 but you have a redraw.

Nitrol, negation is the first to to acceptance.
Just to note - 1) we are quite deep 2) opponent by hand description is unknown (by the general strategy we think unknown is adeqгate, I guess it was in one of Subar VOD's ) 3) This is NL2 - most players play directly their hands, of course there are inadequate guys at mirco who would shove with Ax in this spot, but do we have info that opponent is agromonkey?
