OTF I cbet because I had been pretty active and been cbetting regularly. As its a very draw heavy board and also very likely to have hit him in some way should I bet more like 3/4 or even full pot?
OTT, do I bet again or check behind and potentially let him bluff at the river? Theres quite a few bad river cards for that could beat me or kill my action - any spade, A, K, 9, 8 so I decided to play safe and bet again

I think you played it well here. You want to extract so much value as possible and you don’t want to give the BB a free river card as well with 3 :spade: here.
