Look in google for hand converter. There are a few good ones. most you will need to sign up to use. I use the one on DuesCreacked as it is free. Weak Tight has a option for quick PokerStrategy posting.
You don't need a web based hand converter if you are using HM2. Just right click the hand -> View, then click "copy hand to clipboard in 'pokerstrategy' format".
