I seem to have no idea what to do in these spots, where i have JJ QQ KK or a simular hand on A high flops, should i be checking and trying to bluff catch 1-2 streets or betting flop and check folding?

You can cbet Axx flop and that is it. No need to bet turn.

Betting small OTT is not that bad but I would bet even smaller.

What weaker hands are calling the turn?

What do you guys think about 25%/25%/25% or 25%/25%/check as long as the player isnt aggressive

What would your plan be for all 3 streets are you giving up after the flop bet is called?

Plan for all 3 streets are bet flop, check turn and river.

With regards to your other question, I do not like to make a standard percentage bet as different types of equity requires different types of betting sizes. For example, if we play against a nit with AQ and the flop comes AAQ, I will not hold back as the nit has many aces in his range and thus many weaker hands will call big bets.

25 is too low on flop. Will you bet 25% with AK/99/88? Bet flop 50-55% and if someone calls, you are pretty much done with it.

I usually check/call flop and check/fold turn in those situations if the board is on the driest side. Otherwise I guess we can cbet flop and check/fold turn.
