Why do you 3b preflop?

3b pre is to build pot for an all-in, hopefully he 4b back. OTR I think it was a bad call looking back, Ax hands make the most sense so Im always behind.

You should have checked the turn. Betting doesn't make much sense. And you should have folded the river. Remember that the ranges in a 3-bet pot is much stronger than in an ordinary raised pot. Overplaying QQ like this is a recipe for going broke. They look good but they are not :p.

There's no reason to bet the turn after you checked the flop.

Are you betting as a bluff? No, because better hands won't fold. Are you betting for value? If so, you should've bet the flop. You have to know why you're betting on the turn.

I think turn is a check. River is a fold. But against very agressive oponents that can try to bluff the river, you can call.

We bet this flop as this hits our range pretty hard. Once called, we should x/f.

We should attack Axx flops. When we get called, we should shut down.

We 3bet preflop for value - get worse hands to continue.
There's no reason to bet flop or turn, we just get ourselves in tough spots later, being OOP.
Betting turn for value is too light with JJ-KK without reads, since we cannot get 2 streets vs his range, he can still have Ax hands that check back flop.
Once called turn I expect him to check back worse and be beat once he bets. This is why I don't like betting turn so light.

I would go for check/calling once in this hand vs normal sized bet. Don't see a reason to bet the flop. I think we can bet the river for value if he checks back twice.
