SB: $34.15 (136.6 bb)
BB: $28.26 (113 bb)
UTG: $16.71 (66.8 bb)
MP: $49.75 (199 bb)
CO: $40.61 (162.4 bb)
Hero (BTN): $31.74 (127 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with A♥: A♦:
2 folds, CO raises to $0.75, Hero raises to $2.40, 2 folds, CO calls $1.65

Flop: ($5.15) 4♣: T♦: K♦: (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $2.90, CO calls $2.90

Turn: ($10.95) 8♠: (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $6, CO raises to $28.01, Hero??

Preflop: Standard. We are a bit deep, so decided to make a 3bet bit bigger than usuall. CO is unknown. Playing 29/18 in 17 hands.

Flop: Cbet for value.

Turn: Cbet for value with the plan of shoving the river and then he shoves. I don't think he has 88 or 44. KK and TT are possible, but are probably check/raising the flop. I doubt he has KT, K8 or T8.

I'd fold since we have the A♦:. Without it, I'd not be certain what to do. But I think you should put less emphasis on that he "should" check-raise flop with KK/TT.
