Is folding on the flop too weak?
I hate those spots. My instinct is to fold tbh. The board is not that drawy (I doubt players will check/raise gutshots in 3bet pots), so he shouldn't have many semi-bluffs. I guess calling once and give up vs further aggression is fine.
If you have the 3-bet range near what many people have here (flatting pp < KK), you'd be folding 100% of your range except maybe JTs. Whether you want to fold exploitatively is up to you, but watch out for good players when you play higher. They'll know you are capped.
This reasoning does not apply if you 3-bet looser. But then you have other reasons to call.

I do 3b wide from BTN. Ingame I was thinking that I can defend still JT and QQ, perhaps some gutshot + backdoor flush (sometimes even 99, depends on villain if I 3b it) here vs a raise. And villain Agression factor is 0,9 over 200 hands so I think that he is not messing with me here.

Yeah, my instinct screams fold here aswell but I hate it.

Perfectly fine as long as you are aware. Extreme exploitation (like folding here) is extremely exploitable, this lies in the nature of exploitation. Even the nittiest of players is going to be somewhat surprised that you fold to a near minimum check-raise. They'll first off peg you as "no fish, possibly nitty". Sooner or later they will get ideas.
I guess it depends on villains F3b stat and his wtsd and WinRate. if your opponent do not fold nothing vs 3b and likes wtsd you could easily play for the whole stack - over pair in 3b pot, your opponent could have AQ, KQ, JTs
If he folding to much preflop, I guess it is fold on the flop.
