I think I played this hand a little nitty, I was a little worried he had a bigger A than me as he had seemed to have been playing pretty tight so far
OTT - should I lead here? If so should I always lead here or just because I have the NFD as well as TP?
OTR - surely I have to bet when he checks back the turn?

I don’t think you played the hand bad. Maybe you could go for a thin value bet on the river.
