After 3.4k hands we have following informetion for the opponent
He is opening from CO 34 and call OOP 3bets from CO 29 and 4bet 2.5 So I'm giving him a calling range JJ-77, AQs-A9s, A5s-A2s, KTs+, QTs+, JTs, T9s, AQo-AJo, KQo, QJo. Looking the hand now the only reasanable x/r vs CB will be 99. All kings in his calling range he will just call. Lastly I saw that he is playing 21% x/r in 3bet pots, which is saying me that whe fold was the wrong move here. What do you think

You fold here and move on. I do not get why do you 3b preflop.
Villain can xr with Kx or a set...K9s... fold.

I need AK to call (maybe QQ with a read). But TT is too weak and calling with it turns you into a station.

Board is quite dry. You block straight draws. I just saw a bluff check raise on this kind of board with mid pair but I think those are not that common. Most likely he has a better hand than you so I would fold here.
I'm not sure if we can reliably check the xr stat in 3bet post with this sample.

After 3.4k hands there should be some 3-bet pots with him OOP. It counts. He'll have easily have pure value 21% of the times, so this still doesn't say anything. What counts is how he balances bluffs and value. If he is anywhere near balanced, this is a very easy fold.
