Hey! I played this hand vs a reg @PLO5 in 888poker. He is very nitty. maybe played more hands in this session, but i know that he is tight tho to history.
I took this line vs him what do you think about my line? I am supposed to reraise as I will be missing a lot of value from QJ,KJ, Jx hands and flushes.. ( i block stright/royal flushes..) But still JJ, KK are still what he could be betting at this river.
what do you think about my call in the river?

I have no idea if I'm right but I would actually fold there, in that specific game. I play a little PLO5 on 888 as well.

It's so weird that SB bets 1 BB for two streets then suddenly 12.8 into 17.2.

In my experience that's one of two things.

1. Bettor has had KK or JJ from the flop and didn't want to lose anyone.

2. Bettor has nut flush and bet small then got stupidscaredspazzedout.

A fold might sound crazy but their line is so weird that I wouldn't feel particularly bad about it if they turned over the nut flush because that line is so often KK or JJ.

At the same time I'd rarely get to the river that way. I'd almost always raise the turn and stack off there.

Not an Omaha expert but you have the straight flush blocker, so I think the call is fair enough, no worse hands call a raise and KK & JJ are perfectly in his range

Lets think about UTG ranges. If he is tight, then UTG range will be something like AAxx, KKxx, AJJxs, broadways, good connectors etc. SB ranges (after your call) will be wider.
On the flop you hit a set but someone can hit a flush. SB bet on the flop and turn ridicules 1BB bet. For me it is weakness.
On the river after SB saw Hero and UTG inactivity he can decision then he has the best hand (because nut-flush or full house will reraise his 1BB bet).
I think SB has small flush or straight, rarely full house (77xx).
UTG has medium flush or straight (ATxx).

On the river - I will definitely reraise SB bet. You beat 77xx, JQxx, KJxx (41'593 combinations) +all flushes and straights (a lot of combinations)... you lose only JJxx, KKxx (13'922 combinations). I do not believe somebody can fold full house... especially in PLO5

P.S. I would raise his turn bet...

SB is a nit, i played him @PLO25,PLO10 and PLO5 and he is a winner at this limit. I saw him check behind a board of 7JQJK earlier when the K came on the river.. he had QQ.So if he is checking behind QQ there... what is he valuebetting oop here? ;) I didnt like his check behind with QQ of course. but i know that he is able to read that if he has Axs he is way behind from having the nuts ... the worse hand he could have there after mini raising turn is KJ which i beat, I hold my self QQ, and the rest thet beat me is JJ or KK ( he showed up with KK in this hand when i called ), but i am thinking about my decision in the long run..
