KQ am I playing weak?

Call pre-flop is ok imo, as his 3 bet stat is pretty high. I would call flop. I don´t think u can put him on AQ+/AA. Look at it this way: you are on the button, so your range is wider and he knows that, so he can 3 bet you with wider range. His 3 bet is really high, when I look at equilab 11% is JTs+, QJo+, ATs+. We flopped top pair and have a decent kicker, his flop bet (1/2 of the pot) doesn´t seem strong as well (seems to me like he is on flush draw or c bet with A high).

Your iso raise is too small. Villain's 3b % is quite big so he has a wide range. Flop is perfect for him to cbet with his whole range and we should call.

The first problem is your too small iso-raise.
The second problem is this:

I put him on AA, AK or AQ

Villains overall 3bet is 11% over 1k hands and you put him on 2.8% value only range from these positions... In reality villain has a lot wider range with a bunch of bluffs and this flop is great for him to cbet and you should have called here.

Cheers, the more hands I post the more I am finding that after the flop I am very scared of mainly flushes/straights. I guess I remember more times when those have beaten me then haven't.

Don´t be scared of flush, it ain´t come around that often :).

It's hard to get a pair, it's even harder getting a flush U should probably run some scenarios in flopzilla to get a hang of how rare combos are.

Can't remember now and can't find the hand. However I think I have figured out the problem. I have been watching to more broadcast poker. Even thought I know it was edited, it still didn't really think of it that way. Meaning I was use to hands coming up all the time as they would in a TV broadcast because they cut out all the hands where nothing happens. So it is something I am going to work on, watching twitch streamers seems to be something I might try as they stream the whole thing so can see all the hands where nothing hits.

It is fun to watch others play but unfortunately watching pros playing live tournaments doesn't help you much. You should be watching strategy videos here, participating in coachings and reading books + articles
If you want to watch Twitch streamers and learn from them they should be 1. good players 2. playing NL10

It is more to get use to seeing more hands that I don't have to pay myself to see what the other person had ♦ But hopefully as I play more I will get a better feeling of how often hands come up.

I think its a great idea watching streams on twitch to see what is really going on.
Do this:
When on ur meals (if u eat slowly like me), put a big stream and let it run. If the stream is too long, u can even divide it throughout ur meals periods. Its a great way to turn ur time eating somewhat useful and ll help w this issue u found.

If villain's overall 3b percentage is 11%, his 3b percentage in the BBvsBU is higher. About 15%, maybe 20%.

Preflop you can call and of course you should call on the flop and if villain checks the turn you should bet.

About your problem of being used to see a lot of good hands coming all the time because you wartch live tournaments, why not just getting a starting hands chart and sticking 100% to it for a while? That way you get used to good hands coming not so often.

I am working off range charts, it is just after the flop I tend to give the villain credit for a strong hand too often.
