0.1/0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy Elephant 0.67 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9♦, 9♠
4 folds, MP3 calls $0.25, CO folds, BU calls $0.25, Hero raises to $4.75 (All-In), BB calls $4.50, 2 folds.

Flop: ($10.00) 2♥, 9♥, 8♥
Turn: ($10.00) 3♥
River: ($10.00) K♠ (2 players)

Final Pot: $10.00

So here I'm not really sure- my raise size isn't exceeding 1/3 of stack, not facing 3+limper's, but if someone is calling me (sure as hell there will be at least one) I'm forced to push any flop against one opponent or against two- many times make a hard c/f. Is this ok to push 99 preflop in such situation?
