It's HU, so these hands are always a bit hard to comment. It all depends on what you know about your opponent, and what has happened in the match before.

I can make up reasons for calling, and I can make up reasons for folding. The question you need to answer with all the knowledge and "feel" for your opponent is this: Is he bluffing with that betsizing more than 1/3 of a time?

P.S. Have you checked how much you pay rake in PLO10 HU at ipoker?

Approximately ~45 BB/100 hands.
Where should I play HU? Any suggestions?

So to make profit your edge over your opponents needs to be more than 45bb/100. If you want to make profit pre rakeback.

That's twice as much what is required for 6max games.

Due the rake HU is a raketrap until PLO50.

I would call. It's BD flush, villain plays every hand, could have therefore anything. Better flush, straight, four deuces thinking he has quads
