I guess you already have an answer there. I doubt villain will 3bet you with 44 or 55 and if he does he probably folds most of them against 4bet.
So a realistic range might be all TT, 1/2 JJ,QQ and maybe 1 combo of KK and AA. Even if he has TT, 1/2 JJ&QQ we still have over 60% equity.
Even if we give him all TT, 1 combo of JJ and 3 combos of QQ we still have almost 60%.

I think he doesn´t hold TT, because why would he go all in and kick out of the game combos he beats? Furthermore villains PF game is a bit overplayed to TT, but I guess it can happen. To me it looks like JJ+ and I would call there too :).

Some players defend SB only with 3b. So he can have some combos of small PP and all TT.

Ohh, sorry my bad, anyway, my question is same, isn´t it overplaying to play TT like that? Or has it some another purpose?

Well, if he defends with 3b only , he can have TT in his call4b range.
Anyway, do not expect villains to play straightforward always.
