I just finished the quiz and wanted to start off at Pacific but I find that its not listed in the 'please read after finishing quiz' sticky. Does this mean the offer is no longer there?

Okay. Good. So that means it works.
I saw the 'how to clear 50$ and 100$ bonus' sticky and for pacific it says that I have to wager $5000 at the tables?! Isn't that a little too high? Does it at least not have a time limit within which it must be cleared?
Also, and this is more important to me, if I make additional money over and above the $50 will I be able to cash it out anytime without any requirements?
I'm pretty sure that you'll be able to withdraw everything above the 50$ without requirements.
There is no time limit for clearing the 50$. But you are right, it could take a while till you cleared them...
