I've installed HM2 on Netbet and now, for some reason, it only tracks the cashgame hands... Does anybody know what could be the problem here?

When the hands are imported and you don't see the tourney hands but cash hands this makes me think you didn't switch from cash to tourney. See this: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/10/Game+Mode+%28Ribbon%29
If thats not the reason you should explain in more detail what isn't working.
