Hi everyone,

here I have A8o in the BB. The BU pushes and I have to decide whether to call or fold. Nash says it's an easy call (down to A5o), but therefore the BU has to push 33.9% of his hands. Since he is sooo tight, I do not think he will push hands like for instance J7s, T9o, K5s. So if I give him a range of ~24% (22+, A2s+, A7o+, K9s+, KTo+, QTs+, QTo+, J9s+, JTo, T9s) this would be a fold (even with FGS). Do you think this range is reasonable and therefore a fold the correct play? Or would you give him a wider range and call?

He is indeed very tight regular and then it’s indeed reasonable he will shove to tight as well and I think your approach is fine here :f_thumbsup:

Certainly looks like he will be shoving way tighter than NASH, I think you can give him any A, but even if you do you are still an underdog with 48%
