Hero (SB): $30.18 (120.7 bb)
BB: $25 (100 bb)
UTG: $11.43 (45.7 bb)
MP: $25.80 (103.2 bb)
CO: $19.52 (78.1 bb)
BTN: $25 (100 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A♣: Q♠:
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.75, BB raises to $2.50, Hero calls $1.75

Flop: ($5) K♥: 2♥: J♠: (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $2.87, Hero calls $2.87

Turn: ($10.74) 8♥: (2 players)
Hero checks, BB checks

River: ($10.74) 9♦: (2 players)
Hero??

Preflop: Standard open. BB plays 20/13 in 139 hands. He 3bets 4,4%. Decided to defend vs a 3bet with calling.

Flop: Hit a GS, but I believe I should check/fold, especially with just 3 clear outs. Villain cbets flop 86%.

Turn: Was planning to check/fold.

River: When he checked back the turn, I think I should bluff probe bet, but not sure. His preflop range looks tight, so I don't see much better hands folding. Hads that will fold are probably those that I beat anyway (like worse A-highs).

Flop could be xf. There are not that many cards that will help you. And as you said, his range is quite strong.
I agree with your thinking about the OTR line. He still has some Kx that will call if you bet, he might check turn just because you might have hit a flush? I would give up here.

Give up on flop. Only 3 T help you and hitting a pair can lead to dominating issues.
As played, do not invest more.
