Somehow strange, 3 days gone - no free money. The only thing I have recieved is one 1$ ticket and two $500 freeroll tickets.
I already opened a ticket, but recieved back automated answer that if someone from my household already registered to 888 poker or if I was a 888 poker user, then I am not eglilable (but for both of these points I do not stand in).
I am not going to get in my own money, if I see such attitude from poker room.
Do you have such experience with 888 Poker?

Phew 
I'm having the same issue but can't open a ticket with Poker strategy. Did someone resolve the issue for you or did it just get sorted without anyone saying anything?
