Hi everyone,

here I have AQs on the BTN. I decided just to bet 2.5x instead of shoving since the big stack has folded a lot to small raises. After his raise and the fold of the small stack I am nfacing an ugly spot. If he pushes here with 11% (55+, A9s, ATo, KJs, KQo), due to ICM this is a fold. Do you think a bigger range is reasonable since he knows I have to fold a lot? And if so, would you have called?

I don’t think most regulars on the 50c games know that this is a good spot to set ICM pressure. If you think he’s capable to this is an easy call and even without this info I had a hard time folding this hand against a TAG and stack off most of the time.

if he had been folding to small raises I would just 2.1X here
His overall 3bet range is only 4.65% so is he likely to be shoving over twice as wide as that here??
Against 4.65% 99+,AJs+,KQs,AKo you have 41%
With everything you have said about him I think this is a fold, I think you will find better spots and if hes folding a lot you can just steal his blind over & over again
