SB: $25 (100 bb)
BB: $65.02 (260.1 bb)
UTG: $53.77 (215.1 bb)
MP: $28.46 (113.8 bb)
Hero (CO): $64.35 (257.4 bb)
BTN: $14.20 (56.8 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with T♦: 9♦:
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.62, BTN folds, SB calls $0.52, BB calls $0.37

Flop: ($1.86) 5♥: 7♥: 9♠: (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $1.20, SB calls $1.20, BB folds

Turn: ($4.26) 9♣: (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $2.80, SB raises to $6.75, Hero calls $3.95

River: ($17.76) K♦: (2 players)
SB bets $16.43 and is all-in, Hero??

Preflop: Standard CO open.

Flop: Decided to cbet TP for value. SB plays 27/21 in 49 hands.

Turn: Cbetting for value again. When he raises, I believe a shove would be an overplay, but I can't fold top trips imo.

River: Call or fold?

If he had a set he would often raise OTF. 9x makes sense but those are unlikely. If you call turn raise I don't think you can fold OTR because it changes pretty much nothing?

There are better hands and 9x. We can fold.

I think calling is the worst here. It´s either shove or fold for me. Very depends on villain as well, but as it´s uknown and we didn´t invested much money yet I think we can fold.

Why shove is better than call? I think we don't have any fold equity and we are kinda way ahead / way behind. Either villain has gone crazy with weaker hand or he has a full house or better 9x. I don't see any reason to donate more money to better hands.

Exactly, if we just call, we have to decide OTR, because most likely we will face simillarly hard decision as OTT. Plus there is a flush draw also and also some straight can get completed. If we just call I think he will force us to fold OTR.

Please, bear in mind that villain is raising you and this should be with a specific reason. Shoving OTT is not ok.

Ppl rarely raise turns as a semibluff with draw especially now when the board is paired and full houses are possible.

It is fine as played.

Some think that calling once is burning money. It isn't, it is often correct strategy. Just like giving up bluffs is necessary (gonna 3-barrel every time you c-bet a missed flop???), giving up bluff catching is a necessary part of poker. In this spot with a board that pairs OTT, villain has a good scare card with which to bluff (say he has A♥:4♥: or whatever). But his river pot bet tells us to fold. If he bluffs us out, well, hand it to him. He is entitled to make a good play once in a while. Constantly policing the game makes you go broke. Folding right away when somebody sneezes will make you go broke as well.

Not saying folding right away is terribly wrong, or that calling all the way is awful. The above paragraph is general reasoning.
