I got a mail that the money was on the way and that it may take up to 48hours to get it... its now been more than 48 hours and still 888 poker says my name isnt link to any bonus or promotion... and that i should contact you

The best thing to do would be to open a ticket with our customer support team.
Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.
