This game is from 888.es and the standard is generally poor, this late in the game very few people are capable of bluffing apart from the occasional big stack

I minraised with the intention of calling any shoves but.....
Am I supposed to just fold here when he 3bets instead of shoving? It just looks like he has a monster, can I call and see a flop OOP??

Calling pre-flop isn’t a good option with your small stack. You risk more than 25% of your remaining stack and you will miss the flop in almost 2/3 of the time. So I don’t think you can play this hand profitable by calling.

So I would shove or fold and this is a good spot for him to set pressure on you. So I don’t think I would fold here and go for the shove with AQo or you have reads on him he isn’t 3betting light here.

Cheers,

The only read I had was he had 3bet shoved on me the round before, and now with similar stacks he is 3betting small, so it made me suspicious he had a monster
At 888.es I find it is pretty rare that players know about 3betting light near the bubble to put pressure on shorter stacks etc

With that info in mind is folding indeed the best option :f_thumbsup:

Yeah thats what I thought, I was so suspicious, then I convinced myself he would be doing this with weaker Ax hands and shoved, he insta called with AA and I felt stupid......
