Someone will say that the best line is to fold preflop vs UTG with low pocket pair but I think calling to setmine is not terrible.
As played the best line is to fold on the flop. You called pre to setmine and you didn't hit. You have just 2 outs to hit a full house and you have some backdoor straight draws which are terrible especially on a paired board.

I believe maybe it is best line vs good reg. But not vs NL2 player.

I also think, there is no problem to call PF, especially when it´s only for 3BB. However I disagree with your play. If u want to raise villain, much better would be to call OTF and then raise him OTT. That seems much stronger. Otherwise, we didn´t hit our set, no need to continue. Fold OTF. Maybe we can call OTF, as it´s cheap, but I don´t think it worth it.
