How is it possible that your hand about AK vs checkraise was on NL2 and this hand is on NL16?

Personally, I´d raise this from SB 80-90% of the times, obviously depends on how well you know the other players, and i think the limit plays a roll also. At this limit your not at all that likely to get 4bet bluffed off your 7s pre by someone.. even tho there is a chance ofc.. I like a 3bet from SB here tho to 1. take control of the pot. And 2. Leave yourself with many options on flop. What you do obviously depends on how many callers and, who they are as players.. But lets say you get this exact flop. Maybe someone slowplays huge pair vs you, or maybe someone just isnt able to fold JJ on this board, hoping you 3bet light pre with AK/AQ or so.. The value can get massive by mixing it up like this for example. Lets be real, who puts you on 7s in this spot if you 3bet light from sb.. im not saying its by the book, but if you feel opponents is very unlikely to 4bet you here, this is the most creative way i guess you can play at this stakes. And btw, since it was UTG that raised pre you´ll look even stronger after 3bet him, specially since he has $ also. I guess you can turn this 180 degrees and say that maybe you scare them out of the pot by doing this, but thats a win also right?, then you dont have to play 7s from sb... couse that sucks for the most part.... if you dont flop a set...

I would lead on the flop because you do not want to give any free cards vs this many opponents. As played I would ship it OTF for the same reason. OTT some hands like J9 and 69 complete their straight so that is worse to raise OTT than it would have been OTF.

I agree with your line. If we 3 bet OTF, we wouldn´t get called imo. OTT we should take the action. I don´t see a problem here.
On the other hand, I don´t think taking action OTF is bad either, actually calling and raising is pretty close imo.
