Hello my friends,

I'm starting a transition from NLHE to PLO, so I am with a lot of leaks on my game. How should I play this kings, it's okay the call on the turn?

Thank you

Hi

I'm starting on PLO also.

regarding your hand your rundown isn't good and you can call it preflop to setvalue only. On that flop it's fine to call but OTT I would fold, the pot size bet of villan screams QTxxs (I dind't see the result)

River is a clear check fold if we would bet it, on a blank I would go on a check fold also.

Yes, x pre, call flop, fold turn would be my line readless too.

We dont block straight, but block with J weaker sets + our out and we're a OOP.

Seeing how villain reacted after a higher straight making Q hit the river, I dont think you would have had too many implied odds which makes calling a potsized bet on the turn with only 10-1=9 outs -EV. Other than that I agree with what SeagalSteven said.

You need at least one dollar as implied odds against the straight. At PLO2 I would say you get it quite often, but probably just not often enough. Unless you have information to believe that opponent is really aggressive, fold turn.

If I knew utg's range I could squeeze here. But it's fine to call. You have KKJ in you hand and it a bit lessens the amount of rundown hands with QT in utg's range. He also didn't bet very big, though this is ok, but this sizing gives him very good odds for semi-bluffs as well. He could have QQ or AKT, whatever. So I'd call turn too. On the micros people don't bet rivers as frequently as they should, from time to time you'll get free showdowns after you turn call.
