Is Cbet Flop stronger? How to play the River?

I would just call pre.
I think cbetting flop would be fine since you would fold out some Ax hands but xc is totally fine too, maybe even better.
OTR I would say he most likely has pocket pairs. I would fold.

I´d rather see call or fold PF, than 3 betting, but I guess it´s not that bad. Why don´t we cbet OTF? We flopped top pair, but we need some protection. Just go for 1/2 of the pot there. As played river is more call than fold.

When villain calls our 3bet his range should be quite tight. There are some big Ax hands but he should call 88-QQ here.
If we think villain will fold all of his broadway cards we could cbet but I think on this flop we will get calls from those too. So I think check calling flop is ok.
And because there is about 30 combos of better pocket pairs in his range, I think river should be a fold. Villain seems tight and I'm not sure how often he will bluff with A high here. His bet size is quite small too for a bluff.

As played you can probably just c/f the river. This hand isn't a terrible bluff catcher but you should have plenty of other 2 pair/sets/some straights if you're 3-betting a hand like T8dd here. The flop is so so but I don't mind betting- this isn't a texture like 698ss or something.
