I think in a 1$ you might get some Ahi to fold to your cbet so I kinda like your line. You could make it somewhat smaller though. If they're folding to 4.5k, they're folding to 3k too.

It’s also good to know what kind of villain we are dealing with. Against some passive players it could be bad to bluff for 2 streets on a pretty dry board like this.
