i'd like to know otimal lines on each streat in your opinion. specially turn and river.

I would fold pf, you don't hit a lot of hands to make call profitable.
Other option would be 3-bet.
On the flop I'd fold.
You have gutshot and one pair which is too few to continue against player who c-bet into 3 players.
And you can't call any strong turn or river bet ui.
River should be fold. He won't turn his showdown hand into bluff and he shouldn't bluff that less too often- he is rather making 10$ bet
