Hero (BTN): t4684 M = 36.31
SB: t10107 M = 78.35
BB: t5647 M = 43.78
UTG: t10421 M = 80.78
UTG+1: t9583 M = 74.29
UTG+2: t5983 M = 46.38
MP1: t4988 M = 38.67
MP2: t6786 M = 52.60
CO: t5434 M = 42.12

Pre Flop: (t129) Hero is BTN with 8 :diamond: K :club:
6 folds, Hero raises to t150, 1 fold, BB calls t100

Flop: (t379) Q :spade: 6 :spade: K  (2 players)
BB bets t189, Hero calls t189

Turn: (t757) A :diamond: (2 players)
BB bets t378, Hero calls t378

River: (t1513) 4 :spade: (2 players)
BB bets t1513, Hero folds

All started with a failed stealingattempt from the Button.
After calling the flop and turn I decided to fold the river because of the flushpossibility.

But, looking afterwards on this hand I doubt whether he had a flushdraw.
Why should someone bet the flop and the turn when he/she could check hoping to get some free cards.

Put me on the right track if I'm wrong.

I don’t know if you have reads on him, but I wouldn’t ever call his river pot bet. He can easy have 2 pair or better on the river. On the turn I would most likely fold already, because you only beat a flush draw here that he maybe even checks as well.
