Straight in flush board against fish

Villain is a fish and doesn't fold much vs 3bets so I guess you could make your 3bet even bigger, like 4x or even above. Same thing with flop cbet, he probably has a piece of that and will call anyway so you could go close to a pot.

Now on the turn he might have some flushes but those Kd and Qd block a lot of them. Villain can have 2 pair, slowplayed sets, lower straight, AK with Ad, JJ that has OESD (maybe even one diamond). So when we think about his complete range you shouldn't be that afraid of the flush.
I think you could just shove on the turn because villain has so many hands that will call and you really don't want to see any diamond, A, J, K, Q or T on the river.

Yes, I would cbet OTT and then probably check OTR. It depends on, how fishy villain is, can he call us with worse when there are straights and flushes possible?

Shoving might be overdoing it.
