The problem here is if you hit your Ten for a set, it will give villain a Ten high straight. Remember also in Omaha, you must use two cards from your hand and three from the board.
You should take a moment or two to Introduce yourself! to us properly.

That's not a system bug that something you did. As Laz told you that you hit your ten for a set. You might just get confuse because of what you saw but still nothings wrong the way the system works.
