How loose and agressive should i be when playing SH LO8 and what should be my starting hand range?

I love Omaha hi/lo but they don't offer anything about it would love for someone to share some information on NL/PL & FL and some sort of basic strategy.
You should be uber tight in limit omaha 8. PLO8 you can flex a little, but you can't in limit because no one folds.
My advice for PLO Hi/Lo is stick to the good hands on the early and middle positions. You can't play freely from there if you don't get a nice hand in the flop.
If you are on the cutoff or the button, you can be more flexible, just as Jim said, because you have position over the opponents.
