CO: 65.1 BB (VPIP: 44.44, PFR: 22.22, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 9)

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has K♦ A♦

fold, fold, CO raises to 2 BB, fold, Hero raises to 9 BB, BB calls 8 BB, CO calls 7 BB

Flop: (27 BB, 3 players) Q♠ A♣ Q♥
Hero bets 16.7 BB, BB raises to 33.4 BB, fold, Hero calls 16.7 BB

Turn: (93.8 BB, 2 players) 6♠
Hero checks, BB bets 44.8 BB, fold,

How to play this spot on the Flop? Its hard to see a worser hand here vs unknown. If i assume some Ax in his range, is the ship better that call flop raise, c/c Turn?

Again this is not standard sizing of 3bet preflop (and again, against fish, you don´t have to stick to standard sizings). Villain seems fishy, and our decision, whether to call OTT or fold, should be based on his tendencies (or at least know if he is recreational, weak regular etc. player) which we know from previous hands. From the stats you showed there, I would call OTT.

3bet is a bit big-ish. I think 7bb or maybe 8bb would be fine.
OTF the board is scary, you are in 3bet pot. In this situation I think you could cbet 1/3? Maybe you could fold OTF even if it seems quite weak. I don't hate calling but our turn decision will be hard.

Gross spot. It all comes to any type of reads you might have (e.g has he done this before? has he done such a move with top pair only? is he tilted? etc etc).

With no reads it should be a fold just due to the fact that he minraises with a guy behind him to act.

Yes I think I would.
The pot is already so big that I don't think using 1/3 should induce anyone to raise. On a scary flop like this some players use 1/3 because they want villains to call with weaker hands that they would just give up vs bigger bet.
