MP ($5.63)
Hero (CO) ($8.84)
Button ($9.10)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q♥, A♥
1 fold, MP raises $0.10, Hero calls $0.10, 1 fold, SB calls $0.08, 1 fold

Flop: ($0.35) 5♠, A♠, 2♥ (3 players)

I would 3bet pre vs minraise.
As played I don't know if you want to be just calling the flop on this board vs 2 opponents. Maybe it is ok but I would say that those 1/2 cbets are often weakish, board is drawy and you have to protect your hand.
OTR I'm not sure if he would jam with AT and this could very well be a bluff. Still I think you can't call there.

I quite like it as played, but raising flop would be fine too. Turn it's too late but on a higher heart card it would have been a raise.

Of course impossible to call river even if it's sometimes full of crap.

I would definitely 3 bet preflop. As played I would raise OTF/OTT (depends on villain). River is a fold.

I don't feel "mandated" that much, or even at all, but why not.
