This is not first time how this happens!!! I'm pissed off!! After downloading the software creating account following all the steps etc. and at the end of the day there is no money in my account!!! Where the fu*k is my money!?!?!? Why you still continue sending me emails about "free money" when you fall to fill what you promise??? The first email I've received on Nov 18 with a subject line "You received money at PokerStrategy" I've downboaded software from 888poker installed it, created account everything what was required!!! After 2 days (today) there is a second email from you in my inbox with a subject line "Transfer success: your money arrived at 888poker" and my balance at 888poker is 0 (as can be seen from this screenshot: 
) So my question is why you continue to lie about "free money" etc. !?!? I'm going to report you on all scam review sites!!!!

If you are receiving the message "Transfer success: your money arrived at 888poker", this means that we have sent the requests to 888.
It may take them a couple of days to process the requests. If you still haven't received the bonus, I would suggest you contact their support at support@888poker.com
