Data doesn't loaded in HM2 while i'm playing

Hey,
I use a time HM2 when playing in the PokerStars room. Now it just stopped it with my laptop while playing a tournament which had misjudged chances to win prizes. But never mind.

When inserting a new battery, I also HM2 and PokerStars have to reinstall. PokerStars was finished quickly, but HM2 not. When i'm playing at the table HM2 recognizes it but the data is not loaded. Meanwhile, while I've played several hands.
At the "Site Setup" I see a tick behind PokerStars so you can see that this is correct.

How is it that the data is not visible on my HUD while i'm playing at the poker table. Also, my hands i had played in HM2 is not visible. While all the previous days my hands are visible in HM2.

Does anyone know an answer to my question?

Hi bobo3131,

Did I understand correctly that you re-installed both pokerstars and HM2?
Did you remember to change Stars settings to save your hand history locally? I think it is not enabled by default.

If la55i advise doesn't fix it try this.

Have you tried to drag the hud from HM2 onto the table?
Go to active session. in the bottom left corner where your tables are, click 'table finder' then Click on a session from the list above. Then drag the finder icon over the table window and release. The stats will be displayed on the window you select.

i tried your way. My active session was detected. Only the cashtable was recognized. Not the tournamenttable.

While playing, i see that my session at the cashtable where was recognized. But the data was not stored. Only saw the HUD but not the numbers while i'm playing.
When I play a tournament, I only see on the top left "default"

I can post a print screen? is easier to explain my problem.

please help me. i don't know what to do.

Please post a screenshot. I remember this problem. I think you need to select your alias / poker stars name. (It may not have done that when you re installed HM 2.

My PS name is selected. when i reinstall HM2 I have not seen this question. I personally think the problem starts on PS. The data are not loaded in one of the folders i see on the list at HM2.

I have tried to import a map manualy. It works. So HM2 isn't use the right folder. Is problem at PS or HM2?

Is my problem clear? How do I post a screenshot?

So pokerstars is saving the hands in a different folder that has been set to your HM2?
If this is the case, you can either change the folder from stars settings or change it from HM2 import settings.

You can drag and drop pictures into the text box as you are writing.

Do your setting look like this?

In HM2 first go to the site setup

second check the folders are correct to the pokerstars settings for hand saving.

If they are not. you can manually select them or Auto detect the folders.
