sizing flop cbet

I'm starting to understand spr concept.
In the Flop my SPR=31/15,5=2. I understand i commited with the pot in this situation with my TP. Basing in it, in the flop is better bet allin? or what sizing and line is better?

Why do you play with so short stack? Imo you should always play with 100bb.
Is this some kind of short stack table?

I'm not familiar with short stack strategy but I would say it is not very good to iso-raise big with speculative hands when you only have 36bb stack.

To explain this thoroughly: Firstly, it does not matter whether you or anyone else has put money in the pot. It might just as well have been a 888 Poker promotion, them letting the three of you fight it out for the 15.5 bb in the middle. It is always the present situation that counts.

The present situation is that there is 15.5 bb in the pot, your opponents have 45, respectively 45.3 bb left, and you have 31 bb left. (Include in the present situation the betting pattern of the preflop round.) Your opponents both checked to you. The board is:Jd:3♦:2♠:. You have top pair, no kicker, no draws.

The money in the pot at present has no owner.

Proceed from there.
