Flop: On a dry flop, I make a small cbet, hoping to get rid of AK or AQ (which he might still call sometimes, expecting many cbets on a dry flop like this, so this point is a little iffy) and folding out other hands with equity that I am currently ahead of, maybe also some small PPs he called for set value.
Turn: after Villain´s flop call, I gave him lots of pocket pairs. Probably he also has some Ax that he did not want to fold to a small cbet!? In that case, he would have me outkicked (I would only expect him to call flop with his better Ax) Maybe slowplayed sets, but honestly, I did not expect lots of check-calls with sets even on dry flops!? Or should I? I made a very small bet, lest the A might scare him away, (in my mind the bulk of his range being PPs).
Against his real range, I now think checking is better, intending a small valuebet OTR if he checks back.
River: As played, half pot bet OTR looks like an overplay. If I do bet, it should be way smaller as some sort of block bet/thin value bet. Actually, I like this a little better than checking, because I really would not know what to do if he bet.
As played, I wonder why he did not raise river?
